OfferLetter is operated by an individual (not a registered company). Support uses a provisional email (offerletter0221@gmail.com) until a permanent inbox is set up. We do not publish a commercial storefront address; correspondence is by email. If any regulator or payment partner requires additional seller particulars, contact us at that email.
This Policy applies to purchases made on OfferLetter's website and checkout for access to the OfferLetter desktop application and related online services (the "Service"), including AI-assisted solves, real-time transcription, and account-based entitlements, as described on our pricing and product pages.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude or limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer law. Where those rights cannot be waived by contract, they continue to apply alongside this Policy.
This Policy is drafted to align with applicable consumer-protection, e-commerce, and payment compliance requirements for this checkout and billing setup.

*Voluntary refunds under Section 6 require both the 7 calendar-day window and compliance with AI credit / AI Solution usage caps in §6.2 (stricter for limited-creditplans). See also exclusions in Section 7. There is no separate "7 day vs 24 hour" rule.
The Free Trial does not require payment. No refund applies.
This section describes contractual refunds OfferLetter may approve in addition to any statutory remedies available to you.
For Starter Pack and Lifetime Pro, and for the first successful charge of Monthly Pro only, you may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of the Purchase Date, subject to Section 6.2 and Sections 7–8.
The 7-day window in §6.1 is not enough on its own. A voluntary refund is available only if, as recorded in your account when we verify the request, you have not exceeded the maximum number of AI Solutions / AI credits used after the applicable Purchase Date (see §4). This is especially important for limited-credit plans, where each use consumes part of your fixed pack.
We count usage using our normal billing records for AI Solutions. Trial or promotional uses outside the paid plan may be excluded from these caps where clearly separated in your account.
If your AI credit usage exceeds the thresholds above, we will not grant a voluntary refund under Section 6.1, except where Section 8 (duplicate charge, failed activation, material defect) applies.

Monthly Pro is a recurring monthly subscription at the price shown at checkout (currently ₹2,499/month) until cancelled.
Contact us before initiating a chargeback. Wrongful chargebacks may result in account suspension and may not extinguish lawful amounts owing under the Terms.
We provide a grievance and support path by email for all customers. As a sole individual operator, the same person handles product, billing, and complaints — there is no separate corporate grievance desk or walk-in office. Where applicable e-commerce or consumer rules require a designated grievance contact, the email above serves that role for purchases to which those rules apply.
